Stan and Irene Willey live on a 43-foot motorboat in western Washington State. They travel extensively by boat on the West Coast from Alaska to Mexico. The winter months are generally spent traveling on land in the Gulf Coast area, from Texas to Florida. They have traveled by bus through Central America and Mexico.
"We enjoy recording the people and places we see along the road, and the anecdotal history we find traveling the back roads left behind by the rush of modern society. But everywhere we go, birds are the primary quest . Condor to Chickadee, Vulture to Vireo, each is beautiful in it's own right, and we seek to capture a bit of their beauty in their own natural environment, wherever that might be.
